What we collect
At checkout: your email, the order and the payment result. We never see or store your full card number. In the library: when a download link is created for you.
Why
To deliver the kit, send the receipt, let you download it again, handle refunds and keep the records the law requires. No marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we don’t sell data.
Who handles it
The store platform (2thx), which keeps orders, accounts and files; the payment processor; and the hosting (Cloudflare). The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It keeps an access token in your browser so you can download again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data (we keep the order records the law requires). Write to hello@thevkherokv.com.
Data controller: Hero KV.
